That's why we offer the Technical Support Agreement. Our goal is to keep you knowledgeable about the products you have, minimize your downtime and keep you up and running. You can stay productive by using the phone, fax, email and Online Netview support, and get the help you need when you need it.

All Bundles on same Sim (Example - Mill Level 1& Lathe): $950.00/year
Phone, Fax and Email support are not meant to replace formal training.
If the support engineer feels that a lack of training is responsible for a technical problem, he/she may recommend an appropriate training class
as a final solution to the inquiry.
The Tech Days Sessions are intended for all Mastercam users from basic to advanced and topics can range from Art, Lathe, Mill, Router, and Wire, toolpaths and geometry issues. They're held at Services Four Automation in Sterling, MA once per month. The
objective of these sessions is to provide an opportunity for customers to receive additional support. Topics covered may range from
specific toolpath issues to advanced techniques and minor post edits. The sessions are an open forum for customers to receive specialized,
specific instruction addressing individual needs.
The customer may send one (1) representative per licensed copy of Mastercam owned by the company. Further, each company
is entitled to only one session on the day of the workshop. Each session (morning & afternoon) is limited to eight (8) people. Customers
must call at least one week in advance to reserve their space.
